Telehealth
In order to reduce barriers to services and to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our clients, we are able to provide therapy to any Michigan resident via secured telehealth. With the SimplePractice platform we offer a free, easy to use, secure/HIPPA compliant Electronic Health Record from which all client documentation, billing, communication and telehealth visits take place.
In-Office
For those who live in the Mid-Michigan area or prefer in-person appointments, we offer appointments at our physical location of 112 S. Main St., Mount Pleasant, MI 48858.
Fees for Services & Insurance
Our practice has a goal of providing quality mental health services at an affordable cost. We strongly believe taking care of your mental health should be a part of your overall health care routine. As such, we accept numerous commercial insurances.
If you do not have insurance, your insurance is out of network or does not cover out of network service reimbursement, we can adjust our fees to accommodate your income. Please see the sliding scale below. Our sliding scale is based on gross family income and may be subject to change. If changes occur, you will be informed by your clinician and provided a new fee agreement at the time of the change.
Other fees that may apply:
Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice/no-show: $50
Writing letters for court, probation, schools, etc: $25
Phone calls over 15 minutes (per every 15 minutes): $15
Paper copies of requested documents: $1.00/ 10 sheets
Returned checks: $30
